Terms and Conditions – 99Taya Online Betting Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 99Taya platform — whether you're browsing our games, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you are entering into a binding legal agreement with 99Taya. These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 99Taya ("we," "us," or "the Platform").

Your continued use of 99Taya after any updates or revisions to these Terms means you accept those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. We will always show the effective date at the top of this document.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use 99Taya, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old — the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee or director of 99Taya.
• You must not be self-excluded from any online gaming platform or listed on any gaming exclusion registry.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration and Security

When you create a 99Taya account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 99Taya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Any winnings earned through multiple accounts may be voided without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99Taya will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@99taya.app.

• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available.
• Never share your account credentials with anyone — not even family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account right away.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

99Taya supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipinos, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 99Taya is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited within minutes depending on the payment method used. 99Taya does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on our Deposit and Withdrawal page. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered under your own verified name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• 99Taya reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing large withdrawal requests.

05 Betting Rules and Wager Limits

All bets placed on 99Taya are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or bet type before wagering real money.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified — unless specifically stated otherwise in the rules for that market. In cases where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or declared void, 99Taya will apply standard settlement rules as described in the relevant game or sport guidelines.

• Minimum bet per wager starts from ₱10, depending on the market.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and member tier.
• 99Taya reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its discretion — especially in cases of suspected abuse, suspicious betting patterns, or technical errors.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if they were made due to a system error or delay.
• All odds are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

99Taya regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that must be read carefully before participation.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across 99Taya:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Pesos (₱) and must be used on eligible games or markets.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses that expire will be automatically removed from your account.
• 99Taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.

07 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of our platform and ensure a fair environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on 99Taya:

• Creating more than one account per person (duplicate accounts).
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to manipulate gaming outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any bet or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the 99Taya platform.
• Attempting to launder money or using 99Taya for any form of financial fraud.
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to fund your account.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" — opening accounts solely to claim bonuses without genuine play.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Making offensive, abusive, or threatening communications to our staff or other members.

Any member found engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Philippine law.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Abusive behaviour toward 99Taya staff or other members.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you choose to close your account, any outstanding balance (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

99Taya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the 99Taya platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect.
